The Concept Of Happiness

In the second blog, we will discuss the definition and concept of happiness. Again, Everyone has different perspectives on any subject, and here, I’ll share only my point of view. Your point of view can be different.

Okay, so let’s get started.

Happiness is not just a word that one wants, it’s a word that everyone wants. Whatever we are doing the end is all because we want happiness. To get happiness there is effort and pain, but everything is connected with happiness. There is only one simple definition of happiness.

Make yourself happy

When you are happy,

You can make others happy,
You Spread Happiness,
You Spread Positive energy around you,
You just be satisfied with life,
You do care about humans, animals, birds & creatures.

After seeing your happiness someone can be inspired and their life gets a little better.

And there are many other reasons why one’s happiness can be beneficial for everyone else. If you think this is an imaginary definition then you can be happy and see the magic around you and within yourself.

There are mainly two types of Happiness.

1. Pre Happiness
2. Post Happiness

1. Pre Happiness:

Pre Happiness is the happiness before you receive it. It can be anything like birthdays, any special occasions, coming festivals, your hard work in work and excitement of getting those results, etc are a part of Pre happiness. We normally work to make it happen.

2. Post Happiness:

After achieving and celebrating there is one thing left and that’s the Memories. Those memories subconsciously inspire you and make you happy to achieve it again. Likewise, the happiness circus goes on.

Now the question is how to be happy right?

There is no secret to being happy. Some people say to be grateful for what you have and once you are satisfied with what you have then you can be happy. But I don’t feel it. Because the truth is we can’t always stay happy. That’s the reality of the universe. We can be happy and satisfied with life but we can’t eliminate the things which are not in our control. Like health, our families, and around people’s problems and reactions, in work ups and downs. That we can’t change at that time we should feel bad about it. We first have to accept that we are humans. Humans have emotions like happiness, sadness, anger, frustration. That can’t be ignored and stay happy.

I’m not saying we can’t be happy but I’m just saying we can’t stay ALWAYS happy. But, there is still a Storage of happiness. That we have to keep the store. Now you will ask how to keep the storage of happiness.

Storage of happiness means from yesterday’s blog Doing good, listening well, and speaking well. When we apply these three formulas to our life. Then ultimately we can keep the storage of happiness. When we do our work honestly when we can help someone when we speak well to our self and others, and when we know the techniques of what to listen to and what not to listen to. It will not build in a day or weeks, it will take years to make the storage of happiness in our mind.

Just keep trying to be the best version of Yourself and try to eliminate unnecessary things, people, and talks from your life. Then your level of happiness will be increased day by day.

I don’t know how this will be helpful to the one who reads it. But this is from the bottom of my heart. Not for any professionalism. So from my experience, there is definitely something in happiness. So just find the reason to be happy and it’s okay if you are not happy sometimes. But never stop trying to be happy. May you have a blessed life ahead.
